I have tried the turkey chili recipe several times. My kids love it! I have changed it up a bit by adding onion and garlic to the turkey (browned it all together) before placing it in the crockpot and the flavors are amazing!

This is so great! I love the new organized section for the recipes! I’ve told so many people about how wonderful the different dishes and shakes are. Being able to point them in a direction where they can see for themselves the wonderful East West recipes will be so helpful!
I’m sometimes in the mood to bake. I love zucchini bread and (of course) chocolate chip cookies! Not the two most healthy foods, I know. Are there any ingredient substitutes which might decrease the high sugar and caloric intake in most desert recipes??
