By the next day I already felt back in the game! I also drank herbal bitters for my tummy and then I was ready to enjoy the raw oyster bar at the costal living tent at the Boston Pops Cottage hospital event in Nantucket. Raw oysters are loaded with B vitamins and omega fatty acids, both nutrients are destroyed when you cook it. I added a lot of horseradish to prevent another round of food poisioning
